- A three day meeting, from February 7 to 9th. It begins on Sunday the 7th with the opening of the exhibition “Sueños de Silicio” (Silicon Dreams); The session on Monday the 8th will be chaired by the Minister of Science and Innovation, Cristina Garmendia, who will present the Donostia Declaration on "Science for economic growth and recovery: here and now.” The ministers responsible for research will discuss the coming challenges with regard to the initiation of the European Research Space and the role which science can play in economic growth and recovery. The March 9th session will be chaired by the Minister of Industry, Miguel Sebastian, and cover electric vehicles. At the end of each session, the ministers will give a press conference.
